Clear answers.
No confusion.

01Can IrisPro handle large commercial projects?

Yes. IrisPro provides building-film assessment, specification and professional installation for commercial and institutional applications.

02How is project film selected?

Selection considers the glass, orientation, heat and glare problem, desired light, appearance, safety and performance target.

03Where can I see IrisPro project videos?

Selected building and automotive videos are organised on this page. Visitors can view featured commercial, school, museum, shopping-mall, residential, government-office and vehicle work, then open the complete project playlists on the official IrisPro YouTube channel.

04What types of building projects can use IrisPro window film?

IrisPro solutions can be considered for commercial offices, banks, government buildings, schools, museums, shopping malls, hospitals, factories, hotels, houses, condominiums, skylights and other compatible glazing. Every project requires assessment because glass type, access, orientation and performance objectives differ.

05Can window film be installed without replacing the existing glass?

Often yes, when the existing glazing is safe, suitable and compatible with the selected film. Retrofitting window film can reduce disruption compared with complete glazing replacement, but the glass and installation conditions must be assessed first.

06How does IrisPro assess heat and comfort problems in a building?

The review may consider glass type, façade direction, direct-sun hours, room use, glare, daylight, cooling conditions and the area to be treated. Where an agreed comparison is required, measurements should be taken using a documented method under comparable conditions rather than relying on one isolated meter reading.

07Can IrisPro document temperature differences before and after installation?

Project-specific monitoring can be discussed during assessment. For concurrent comparison, one Testo temperature data logger with two connected probes can record equivalent tinted and untinted zones at the same time, helping reduce the effect of changing weather and indoor conditions. The method and locations must be documented for the result to be meaningful.

08Can solar-control window film support energy-efficiency or ESG objectives?

By reducing solar heat gain through compatible glazing, an appropriate film may lower cooling demand and improve occupant comfort. The actual contribution depends on the building, film, glass, orientation, HVAC operation, occupancy and measurement method. Formal ESG or green-building claims should be supported by project records and qualified assessment.

09How long does a commercial window-film project take?

The programme depends on treated area, glass access, working height, site operating hours, preparation, safety requirements and installation sequence. IrisPro can plan work by zone or during agreed periods to reduce disruption where the site conditions allow.

10What information should I provide for a project recommendation?

Share the project location, building or vehicle type, photographs of the glass, approximate dimensions, current heat or glare problem, preferred brightness or privacy, operating hours and any technical, safety or submission requirements. A site assessment may still be required before final specification.

11Do project results apply equally to every building or vehicle?

No. Published projects demonstrate real applications, but results vary with glass, film model, treated area, orientation, weather, room or cabin size, air-conditioning and user conditions. The same outcome should not be assumed without assessing the new application.
