01What is the best window film for heat reduction in a Malaysian building?

The suitable heat-rejection window film depends on glass type, façade direction, sunlight intensity, desired visible light and whether the project is residential or commercial. East- and west-facing glass usually needs stronger solar-control performance than glazing with less direct sunlight.

02Can house window tint reduce heat without making the room too dark?

Yes. High-visible-light window film can reduce part of the solar heat and ultraviolet exposure while keeping useful daylight and the outdoor view. Select VLT and TSER together rather than judging film only by darkness.

03Does privacy window film provide privacy at night?

Reflective privacy film works best during daytime when outdoor light is brighter. At night, when indoor lighting is brighter than outside, the reflective effect reverses and curtains or blinds may still be needed for privacy.
