Many conventional UVR99% films focus on wavelengths up to 380 nm. This may leave long UVA1 and HEV blue light—from 380 to 420 nm—insufficiently addressed.

6-Layer Hotmelt
Two outer anti-aging layers protect two UV+420 material layers, a Chip Dye Carbon colour layer and a Nano Titanium Ceramic heat-rejection layer. Heat and pressure fuse all six into one stable IrisPro UV+420 base film.
By protecting the film itself against premature ageing and performance loss, this durable construction helps preserve clarity, colour and heat rejection—even in ASEAN’s extreme heat and humidity—and supports IrisPro’s up-to-10-year performance warranty.
MAGNETRON SPUTTERING PROCESS
Advanced Sputtering
Inside a vacuum chamber, argon plasma releases atoms from selected metal compounds. The atoms bond to the moving PET film as dense, ultra-thin layers that reflect solar heat.
IrisPro sputtering films are engineered in 6-layer, 12-layer and 18-layer configurations. Selected metal systems—including NSN, Titanium and Silver—deliver different levels of heat rejection, optical clarity and durability.
