Resposibility
  • Provide support solution to clients via live chat channel, social media enquiries, and email enquiries
  • Requiring for working with application system, to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client’s problem.
  • Handle and resolve all issues raised by client using company approved troubleshooting tools as per SOP and workflow process.
  • Manage of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Take initiative to upsell products when they arise.
  • Establish sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
  • Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Assist in issue DO, Invoice, stock delivery and assist in collection.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess min at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree
  • Must be good communication skill and good listening skill
  • Strong Understanding and analysis power
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia in speaking and writing
  • Familiar with basic computer operation
  • A fast learner and good responsive ability.
  • A team player and compliance to company rules and regulation.

Corporate Sales Executive (Klang Valley, Johor & East Malaysia)

Resposibility
  • Promote IrisPro Optical Solar Film to Automotive and Architecture department
  • Maintain regular relationship with customers and promote interaction and sales
  • Handle independently in prospecting, presentation, proposal, follow up and closing
  • Plan strategies for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goal and profit
  • Conduct performance analysis, adjust and response promptly towards desired results
  • Cold calling to prospects by introducing IrisPro product and service
  • Target Automotive: Car Distributor, Accessories Shop, and Car Owner
  • Target Architecture: Interior Designer, Developer, Architect, House Owner, and Contractor
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess min at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree
  • At least 2 years sales and marketing experience in any building or car accessories related
  • Preferred candidate age 25-35 candidate to apply.
  • Required speaking and writing language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel multiple location
  • Target Driven. Able to work independently with least supervision
  • Familiar with basic computer operation
  • Responsible and able to work flexible hours when required.
